Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a card must be put on file at the time of booking. Rescheduling or any cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment. A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation and rescheduling less than 48 hours to your appointment. If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, you will need to REBOOK and your card will be charged a late fee of $20. No shows will result in a 100% of the service booked. No shows for a second time will no longer be able to book an appointment with Hush Body & Skin Spa.
